On the first floor, you'll discover the guest accommodation, including the private livingroom, conveniently located next to the bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.40x200), the room spans approximately 18m2 and includes a spacious built-in closet—a perfect place to store all your luggage and collected souvenirs. Your private bedroom and living room are upstairs, as illustrated in the pictures. The shared bathroom is also upstairs, while the shared kitchen is conveniently situated downstairs.

I loved my stay with Maud, I felt really comfortable and was able to work remotely without hiccup. There is also a friendly dog that stays which was nice. I hope to come back again.

Die Unterkunft von Maud war perfekt für unseren Kurztrip nach Tilburg!🥰 Sie lag zentral, sodass man den Bahnhof sowie die Innenstadt fußläufig erreichen konnte. Die Kommunikation war einfach & freundlich mit Maud und man hat sich wohl gefühlt!☺️ Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

The house is close to the city center. You can reach it within a 10-minute walk. The train station and bus stops are also within a 10-minute walking distance, with a bakery practically around the corner.
You are welcome to use the kitchen, dining room, garden, washing machine (no dryer, but a convenient drying rack ;)), and the bathroom with a delightful bathtub. If we are home at the same time, feel free to let me know if you'd like to take a bath, so you can enjoy it undisturbed.
In the room, you'll find plenty of insider tips to explore Tilburg like a local. But, of course, I'm also happy to explain everything personally so that you won't easily forget Tilburg, even on rainy days.

Hoi! Ik ben Maud. Geboren in Tilburg, af en toe van huis, maar inmiddels mag ik mezelf alweer voor 4 jaar op een rij een Tilburger noemen. Het liefst ben ik onderweg, de wereld ontdekkend.
