Hello! Welcome to Savannah, Macon, or Atlanta :-) I look forward to welcome you at my Airbnb listings! A little bit about me: My name is Julia M. Spencer. I am a Real Estate Advisor, Investor, and Enthusiast! I really LOVE anything and everything related to Real Estate! I am usually somewhere between New York and Georgia, when down South, most times in the Atlanta, Savannah, Macon area. I also work as a radio host at a local community radio station in Savannah (WRUU-LP 107.5 FM). It's my most favorite job, but it also is a busy one, so I am unable to answer phone calls when on the air, editing, or working at the station, and the hours vary widely. So I always encourage you to send me text messages or use the Airbnb messaging system- it is the BEST and FASTEST way to reach me, I usually will not be able to pick up or call you back timely. (Hint hint... just send me a text or use Airbnb to reach me, don't call.) I have a co-host Danil, you'll get his number when you book and he will take amazing care of you! I will be the most non-intrusive and easy-going host you have ever met so if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful, private stay book with me. I will send out very detailed check-in instructions for self check-in the morning of the day of your arrival. If you need recommendations on what to do while you are in town and where to eat, let me know! I always keep my 'cheat-sheet' of best places handy and would love to share it with you! And yes I test all the places out before I recommend them.
