The weeds are so overgrown that you can’t see off the porch. This house is in a subdivision with an HOA that doesn’t allow AirBNBs. The neighbors aren’t very happy with guests coming. The beds are about the cheapest and most uncomfortable things I’ve ever tried to sleep on. The upstairs being off limits is fine but I didn’t appreciate cameras recording in a space where I should feel free to talk without being recorded. Next time I visit my family, I will not waste my money on this place. Maintain the yard at the very least!

Joan was great. We had a few hiccups before our trip and she was very accommodating which we appreciated so much! The house was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay.. the upstairs being blocked off did give us a weird feeling but all in all it was fine. Thanks again!

First the good: if you need a crash pad, this is the place. Simple, no thrills. The price is right, good neighborhood and house is safe with an alarm panel that announces when doors are locked. The sorta not so good: the host missed a lot of small details when cleaning. Sheets missing from one of the beds. A stained pillow case from the other bedroom. Towels folded in the bedroom, but not bath. No toilet paper. The strange: as advertised, access to the top floor was prohibited. No one is up there, but it would be nice to inspect it arrival. While hunting for toilet paper, the hostess did give us permission to go up to a closet to get some. We discovered that the top floor landing was barricaded with a camera over it. We would have appreciated the disclosure of an indoor camera. We didn’t know if it was on or recording video and audio. Again, it served our purpose of a crash pad. We spend most of our time at our friend’s house. The host is very responsive.
