House was clean inside but the furnace did not work. At night 65 degrees inside. MB bed uncomfortable and had a cheap, thin comforter that due to the temp was terrible. Host failed to fix issue. In addition, backyard chairs covered in bird poop so unable to utilize the furniture. Backyard had weeds and patio was filthy. Walkway also covered in bird poop. For over $300.00 a night I expected much better. I would certainly be unable to recommend this house.

Jose's place was clean, modern, and as advertised. We very much appreciated his space was pet friendly; a big factor for us to consider renting again.
