The place was clean and bright and within walkable distances to all local downtown restaurants and shopping, great rear deck on the second floor with lake view and beautiful sunsets over the lake.

Very modern and clean! Really nicely furnished and decorated. Giant TV in the living area and another TV in the master bedroom. On a nice quiet street and just a 5 min walk to downtown Sebring with great little restaurants and pubs. I didn't hear a peep at night in the upstairs bedroom. Charmaine left us a full coffee rack stocked with K cups and some snacks. The driveway to access the parking area behind the house is a tad tricky to figure out if using Waze to navigate. It looks like a little side road between 2 this house and the neighboring house. I will definitely stay here again if needing 2 nights in Sebring.

Really clean, newly renovated, fresh feeling space. The location is nice in downtown Sebring but the shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend to others!

This a beautiful and very stylish remodel with everything needed for a short or long stay. We found it to be immaculate with many amenities including an abundance of fluffy towels worthy of a five star hotel. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking and even containers to store leftovers. The location is great, right by the library, community theater, and most of all, Lake Jackson, which has a 10 mile sidewalk around it for walking or biking. The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of closet and dresser space. There is only one parking space but our guest parked a few steps away on W Center, where there are always spaces available and overnight parking permitted. Check out the tram tour of Highlands Hammock State Park, a show at South FL College in Avon Park, and the murals of Lake Placid, the next town south. We really enjoyed our stay in Sebring.
