I have no doubt you will fall in love with it. It’s a non smoking property. It’s well located just a few minutes walk to the centre of the village of Ballygawley. You have a first class bus service only ten minutes walk from the village to the Park N Ride which services Belfast/ Derry/Londonderry /Enniskillen and Dublin/Dublin AirPort and also all the local towns.

Patrick was an excellent host and accommodated us at very short notice. He was very responsive and flexible to our check in time requests, which we were unable to confirm to begin with as we were attending a family funeral. His house is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. He has thought of everything to make his guests stay as comfortable as possible We enjoyed a cooked breakfast made for us by Patrick on the morning we left, which was delicious and set us up for the journey ahead. All the best Patrick, for a successful Air BnB summer ahead.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fair Green B&B. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and delicious breakfast. Patrick is an excellent host, friendly and there when needed nothing was a problem. We enjoyed being able to use the kitchen for tea and coffee, and having a dedicated guest room was great for the little ones, and a lovely space to relax in too! The little extra touches make this B&B feel exta special! Really felt like home from home. We will definitely be back!

This is a very peaceful neighbourhood and has been for many years. I would ask all guests to respect that.
It is very convenient to park at my property and in just a few minutes walk you are right in the centre of the village, where you will find local supermarkets. If you are after something nice to eat why not visit the magnificent Tailors House Bar and Restaurant which is well renowned for its excellent food. You also have Teasies Artisan Deli &Cafe which does lovely food. If it’s a Pizza you fancy, then we have the best Pizzas in the country at Pete-Za. We also have one of the best Fish and Chip shops at Austins. We also have Lucky House a lovely Chinese Takeaway that has opened recently in the town. Plenty of bars, beauty salons and hairdressers to choose from. So you can be assured of a warm welcome whenever you step inside.
