Great place and great host! I had all the things I needed (i.e. internet, heated water from sink faucets and shower, cr with bidet, cool aircon and electric fan, comfortable bed & duvet, clean couch) during my stay, esp. a working kitchen for basic cooking needs.

As an online worker working throughout the day and night, the internet reliability and strength coupled with a big screen television with hdmi hookup worked well for me. All kitchen appliances and air conditioners worked well and were easy to operate. Hot water and water pressure in the kitchen and bathroom were great. Paul provides filtered water from the sink. The mattress appeared to be worn. My sleeping experience on the super soft sunk in mattress was fair. Paul provides broom and mop allowing guests to keep the condo clean. The restaurant provided a good eating experience. Note: some guests may be annoyed with: 1. the abundance of flys/bugs in the resto if eating at night. 2. signing and reading a 2-3 page condo contract.
