Our group of 8 stayed at the Airbnb and everyone loved it. The rooftop deck is the best feature - the view is absolutely unbeatable. The layout is a little unusual, with access to the Ohana suite either through another bedroom or by going outside and around, but we didn’t mind that. It made that area feel like its own apartment. The beds are comfy and although there is no AC (except a window unit in one bedroom, which we didn’t need to use) the place cools down very nicely in the evening with its many ceiling fans. It was also so thoughtfully appointed, from the welcome snacks and beverages to the beach chairs and umbrellas. It is very close to anything you might want to do in Kona. Wendy was an incredibly friendly and responsive host. I honestly wish we had planned our trip with a couple more days here, I was sad to leave.

This is the first time using Airbnb and we're lucky enough to find and stay at Wendy's place. We had a family gathering including kids and grandparents, total of 8, and we all had great experiences and time with this house. Spacious kitchen and living room, clean bed rooms and bathrooms, extra beds etc. We also enjoyed BBQ and a beatiful view from rooftop deck. Wendy is a great host who gave us proactive and precise descriptions/ instructions, prompt response, and we appreciate her flexibility to respond to our same-day early check-in request. Thanks Wendy for your great house and support!

Wow! This house was perfect for our group of 10 females. There were more than enough bedrooms (It even had other sleeping arrangements--sofas, folding cots, cribs, and air mattresses.), blankets and pillows, an abundance of house towels as well as baskets of beach towels, two well-stocked kitchens, games, televisions, bathrooms, and sitting areas. Everyone could find what she needed whether it was a quiet alone time on the rooftop watching the sun rise/set or a group time in one of the lovely sitting areas. The kitchens and storage areas were labeled so that items were quickly located and could be replaced where they belonged. A variety of cookware and dishes was available. Light and fan switches also were labeled. We were greeted with a variety of enjoyable Hawaiian snacks. The landscape was colorful with tropical flowers and shrubs. The garage was well-stocked with equipment for playing at the nearby beaches. It even provided a place for removing sand from our feet!

Beautiful house with a cozy space upstairs for relaxing. It’s in a neighborhood with many places to go around. There is A/C in only one bedroom, but it’s not a problem if you leave the windows open. One of my favorite parts was the top deck with a grill area!
