I prefer staying back again during next trip. Overall place was amazing , clean, easy access to city and most importantly clean and all necessities were available which really feel you like home. Further, communication from host was quick and responsive. I am rate one of best place i stayed through BNb and will recommend as first choice of everyone.

Rod’s place is great. The place is very cozy and comfy for us during the stay, it’s also really close to King’s Park Botanic Garden which is a great place to visit during on Perth. Would love to come back again in the future.

Rod's property fits well for our family of four. it has all the necessary amenities. There's a problem with the wifi, but he immediately responded to it. So it was a pleasant stay without any issue. Thanks Rod!
