Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space on a lake in the Cotswolds. Set on a peaceful, private, gated estate and sitting directly on the lake with uninterrupted views and some of the best sunsets. Completely refurbished in 2023. 3 large bedrooms, 2 ensuite. The third bedroom is downstairs with bathroom/wetroom opposite. One bedroom can be configured as 2 singles or as a kingsize bed. Large, fully enclosed decking with private hot tub, lounge seating, BBQ and alfresco dining. Egret has undertaken an extensive refurbishment which completely modernised the property, replacing the kitchen and bathrooms across the whole house. The home has a prime location on the lake with the decking looking towards the sunset. A luxury Hot Springs hot tub on the decking completes this stunning property

Lovely place to stay, matched the descriptions and photo as listed. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Living room was fantastic, nice sofas with all the home comforts. Kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils you will need. Thank you for a great stay, if we come that way we would definitely stay there again.

It was very hard to find, especially at night, but they will update the instructions. Great place. Awesome hot tub. Loved the Elimis products! Beautiful swans on lake!
Beautiful house which served as an excellent spot for a mini retreat between Christmas and new year for our family of five and Labrador dog. Loved arriving to a Christmas wreath on the front door and a beautiful tree - kept the festive spirit well and truly alive. Place was modern and well appointed. Nice touch of indulgence with the hot tub on the patio - though the operating instructions could have been slightly clearer. Our girls loved the jigsaw and we all totally relaxed just hanging out on the comfy sofas.

You are staying on a small, private, gated estate with lake. The area around the lake is very flat and there are numerous walks from the doorstep and there are 10 pubs, cafes and restaurants within walking distance.
A car is recommended but not essential. The estate is down a lane off a main road. There is a bus stop on the main road that travels between Cheltenham and Swindon. Kemble railway station is 15 minutes/7 miles away (London Paddington route)
