Bowen’s place was just perfect for our quick family trip to Nashville. The location was just perfect and the building amenities were fantastic! We brought our pup along with us and the rooftop dog park was his favourite thing to do! I was having some trouble with the ButterflyMX app but Bowen was super responsive and helped me get organized which made my arrival seamless!

Came to Nashville for a girls trip. This space looks exactly like the listing. It's in a great location, less than 10 mins (driving) to Broadway, and walkable to restaurants and some Nashville hot spots. The check-in process was a bit confusing and it was very hard to figure out which keys on the Butterfly MX app opened which doors to the complex. The space worked well for our group of 4. If we had planned to hang around the Airbnb more, we probably would've opted for a larger space. We did notice that the shower and shower liner could use some TLC. Additionally, there were a colony of ants in the master bedroom which was a bit alarming. I would stay again at Bowen's place but would like to see some improvements in the apartment itself as well as the check-in process. We definitely appreciated how responsive Bowen was during our stay and he checked in regularly. Thank you for everything!

Excellent location. Walking distance to downtown. Easy to take an Uber if needed on the way back. Worked out great for our needs.

Beautiful apartment with plenty of space, pool access, and gym access. Not too far from Music Row or Broadway and located in a less busy area. Highly recommend for an few nights in Nashville!

Wife and I celebrating our 28 Wedding Anniversary. Always stayed at a hotel was nervous renting and Airbnb. The place was very well kept and extremely clean. We arrived earlier than 3 pm check in time and they were helpful in letting us check in early. This was an absolute excellent experience and we would stay at the same place next time we come to Nashville.
