Private studio centrally-located in Miami Mimo District. We are located 10-15 minutes from the Airport & Beach, 5-7 min Wynwood, 1-3 min Design District, 2-3 min Midtown & 7-10 min Downtown, All by car. Studio #2 has all the amenities you need to feel right at home. King bed, High speed WIFI, (4) parking spaces, laundry room & court yard. This is perfect for short trips or longer. Kitchen makes living easy. We are located near awesome foodie spots! On Biscayne BLVD! Ask for turndown services! You will be staying in a 17 unit apartment building with your very own access. All of our studios are fully furnished private no sharing, King Bed! Wi-fi, Smart Tv, and full Kitchen. We keep our studios & building very clean and hope you do as well.

Great, thoughtful and responsive hosts. Definitely perfect for an individual traveling solo or for a couple. I've stayed here twice now and would stay here again without a second thought. Incredibly reasonably priced, right next to the canal, Marina down the street, one of my favorite restaurants, Tigre, practically next door, secure and semi hidden entrance to the building which I like and prefer though can be a bit confusing your first arrival - but again, the hosts are very responsive and having them on the phone within minutes to clarify can be expected 100%
They definitely help to turn a notsoperfect part of the city closer to perfect, making easier to notice the beautiful canals and boating in the area than any of the ugly parts (which are more or less always present in cities). Their units make it very easy to literally walk in and feel immediately at home. Their bedding and beds are very comfortable, the bath towels are also nice (which when airbnb'ing or staying in hotel can be a hit or miss). For the space that the have they have done n incredible job with necessities and the extras that make for a hassle free, stress free, and enjoyable stay whether that's in relation to cooking, sleeping, netflixing, etc. they include numerous places and things to see, go to, eat at, etc., at the end of their welcome messages. They are reliable and respectful of communication - both in thoroughness and timeliness. Thank you, Dylan and Austin!
Excellent stay as usual. The host always goes above and beyond and I appreciate the hospitality so very much. Great listing, comfortable, and up to date at an affordable price.
The place looks like the photos. Not bad considering the price, my only complaint was the WiFi. It kept dropping and my devices wouldn’t stay connected, since I was there for work that was a bit frustrating. But outside of what the host could control I have no other complaints.
Very quick responses. Super helpful. Would stay here again.

Also 10 minutes from South Beach!
Having a car or using Uber is very highly recommended!!! The studio is off of Biscayne blvd that can take you directly to all the must see places in Miami. Miami Avenue takes you into the heart of Downtown Miami and NE 2nd Ave takes you through, Buena Vista, Design District, Midtown, Wynwood and Brickell, Miami Beach.
