Notre séjour à Paris a été incroyable dans cet sublime appartement ! Plus que fidèle aux photos et je dirais même encore mieux en vrai ! L’emplacement est idéal. Je n’hésiterai pas à revenir !

This is a great rental for families or large groups. The four bedrooms were large and each has an en-suite bathroom, which is a luxury amenity in Paris. There is some construction going on in the building so the vestibule and ground floor lobby aren’t in the best shape, but the apartment itself is well appointed with quality and high end furniture and finishes. The location is excellent and very walkable to the Avenue des Champs-Élysées. There is also a Franprix grocery store located directly across from the property, which is great for shopping and picking up croissants, pastries, and other items for breakfast, etc. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return for future trips to Paris.

This apartment is stunning. Our group of 5 (3 adults, 2 kids) loved it - beautifully decorated + incredible finishes. It was hard to find a Parisian apartment with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and this apartment was that and more. Each bedroom/bathroom had its own unique offering and the foyer and shared living spaces were stunning. Straight out of a design magazine. The neighborhood is walkable to so much stuff - a block off champs-elysee and walking distance to all the beautiful luxury stores, great restaurants, arc de triomphe, Eiffel tower, grand Palais and also super close to the metro station so it felt like the best of Paris was at your doorstep. The host was amazing as well, incredibly responsive and helpful. We loved our stay and hope to return asap. My one caveat: major construction happening next door (weekdays only) so if you are light sleepers, earplugs help. We liked getting up and out early so it was actually helpful to adjust to the time change and keep us on track

Nice large space with newly renovated and beautiful finishes. Amazing to get 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in the center of Paris, our family had plenty of room to spread out.
