Pros: Nice quiet neighborhood. Home fully stocked with necessities. Flexible, early check in. However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the home. The floors were extremely dirty which didn’t leave a good first impression. The kitchen countertops were covered in crumbs and dust. However, the beds and bathrooms seemed clean! Although minor, the laundry machine also had obvious dirt buildup. I reached out to the host to ask what was required for cleanup prior to checkout as we were considering leaving a day early (we did not request a refund. Just simply asked where to put towels, bedding, etc). But I never received a response until 26 hours later when the host sent what seemed to be an automated message reminding us of our scheduled checkout time and then stating the clean up instructions. Overall the stay was alright. With better cleaning staff and more prompt communication throughout the full stay, it has potential to be a 5 star place.

This home comes as advertised and as represented in the photographs. It was very clean. Instructions from Colin and Rydell were clear and easy. It is a quiet residential neighbourhood. We were very happy with our experience.
