Very nice little place, great access to M25, nice farm, enjoyable Airbnb
Our thanks to Caroline for a lovely stay. The accommodation was cozy, good kitchen facilities, well heated. Easy to drive to and easy rail links to central London. The absolute highlight was feeding the farm animals, the children (and parents) loved it! The accommodation worked with our age children (5 and 3), any younger would need careful thought about the open staircase and the uneven paving slabs outside. 1 double bed and 1 campbed v comfy, the other campbed we found small and less comfortable
We had a lovely stay here, would definitely come back! Apartment was peaceful and very clean and we loved that we was overlooking a farm and animals, the children also went over the farm which was also lovely and met some animals which they loved, thank you for a great stay☺️
The apartment is in a great location for access to the M25 and the Surrey Hills and yet felt like we were in the middle of the countryside. Caroline was very welcoming and responsive to all communication.

We are 2 minutes from the M25. Lots of lovely walks and places to eat locally. There is a country pub 15 minutes walk away
Private parking onsite behind an automatic gate. Reigate has trains to London and is a 5 minute drive away.
