Great host! We were unable to keep our original reservation and they allowed us to stay a different day! Very unique property, and great location. Would 100% stay again.

The Netherland is connected to the hotel property and so there are in-person people to help if you have any questions. The location is fantastic and only 1 block away from the 24 hour Walgreens! You can not get any closer to the beach and restaurants and shopping are in all directions. As the pictures show, the decor is clean and modern. Would recommend!

We LOVE this place. Huge beautiful floorpan. Great SOBE people watching right from your very own large balcony. We will come back for sure!

This spot is great for a large group and the location is steps away from the beach. Me and a couple of my friends had an awesome weekend staying here. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun stay in SOBE. Brian was easy to get in touch with whenever which was great as well.

The location is FANTASTIC. Right across from the beach, walkable to everything on south beach. The place is very big. A bathroom in every bedroom and a guest bathroom in the living room. Cookware is not great, it’s all medal pans and medal utensils . Wifi was out the whole last day we were there. Nowhere to park and $20/day in the garage behind the building. The lot behind the building was “permit only” but we parked two cars there all week and nothing bad happened
