The Bad: There is no hot water and no hot shower, and there is no ventilation in the bathroom to get rid of the humidity caused by the shower. I had to have the fan pointed at the bathroom 24/7 to make sure it would not smell like humidity. The room is facing a very busy intersection that is quite noisy until 3am. And it is far from Jomtien and Central. The Good: Great welcome package with snacks and drinks, very comfortable bed, fast wifi, smart TV, minibar, kettle, microwave, and storage space. The room is very bright and gets a lot of sun, and it is pleasant to spend time in the room. The building is secure and safe. There's a 7-Eleven right in front of the building with a ton of choices for street food and some good restaurants around. There's laundry as well as a decent pharmacy on the same block. And it is on the bus route as well. To me, not having hot water for the shower was a big thing. If they fix the bathroom, then this place will be great.
