Age Requirements: You must be at least 25 years old to make a reservation with SPI Rentals. ID must be presented upon check-in & must match the name on your Airbnb account and reservation. This person will be responsible for checking in to the home and must be present for the duration of the stay. Any guest who falsifies this information will not be permitted to check-in and will not be eligible for a refund. Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2024): Restricted to Immediate Families Only. Immediate families are considered children, parents & grandparents only. No spring break groups will be permitted, regardless of age. Identification will be checked upon arrival. Day guests and visitors are not permitted at any time. Wristband Policy & Additional Wristband Fees: Wristbands are required for all guests (March 1st - April 9th, 2024). Wristbands are $25 plus tax, per person & must be paid within 72 hours of booking.
