If you're looking for a comfortable and cosy stay in the heart of Whitby, this newly redecorated one-bedroom apartment is less than a 5 minute walk to the town centre. With a modern yet traditional theme which is warm and homely, it is perfect for a romantic or solo retreat. There is a single sofa bed in the living room, so also accommodates for stays for up to 3. This third floor apartment is in a Georgian grade two listed building with lovely sash windows, and views over Whitby Pannett Park. Apartment 4 guarantees a relaxing stay where you can cosy up after exploring Whitby. Featuring a beautiful spacious bedroom including a double bed, smart TV with aerial (amazon prime provided also)* views over Pannett Park from the window, armchair, dressing area and hanging space. Fully equipped, the kitchen has everything you could need to make the most of your self-catering stay. Including a large fridge-freezer, electric oven and hob, Iron&Ironing board, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all of the usual kitchen utensils. The bathroom includes a full size bath with electric shower overhead, sink, toilet, towels, and radiator. The living room includes a three seater sofa and footstool, single sofa-bed*, blankets, smart TV connected to aerial (amazon prime provided), USB sockets. Upper landing with table and chairs. Safety: In the apartment there is a smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm. In the kitchen there is a first aid kit , fire extinguisher and fire blanket. Full apartment information and key-code will be sent via air bnb inbox before your arrival. * There is not currently WIFI, however quick signal to hotspot from your phone to the smart TV which has Netflix, Amazon prime (included, our login is on the tvs) and other apps for you to login to. There is also aerial TV and DVDs if you don't want to hotspot. * The sofa- bed will be made up upon arrival if there are 3 guests on the booking. Alternatively, please let me know if you would like the sofa-bed made up upon arrival if you are not wanting to share the double bed. *One night stays are available upon request. *Children must be 5 years or older to stay for safety* General Info: • Full apartment information and the key lock-box code will be sent to you before your check-in. Keys are to be deposited back into the Key box on check out (lost keys are chargeable @£10). • Parking: The closest long-stay car parks I use are Marina car park (232 spaces) or West Cliff car park (424 spaces), free 24/7 during November-end of February. From 1st March-31st October it is £9/24hours. It is only a 5 minute walk from these car parks to the apartment. There is also free on street parking on some streets in Whitby. Please check Scarborough Council Website for parking/disc information.

We had problems finding the rear of the property but other than that great flat. All was as described. There is no WiFi but we knew that and having good phone deals it wasn’t an issue. There was a great selection of DVDs anyway. Ideally located for Whitby town centre and the town was fantastic. Plenty to see and do and all walkable. We did plan just 3 nights but because we loved the place so much stayed a 4th. Would highly recommend the flat and Whitby. Great value accommodation.
Lovely apartment in a great location.
Great little flat, really wonderfully done out in a nice style. Clean, cosy and perfectly kitted out, with all necessary amenities (no wifi but the host was upfront about that) - it was functional and we felt really at home there for the weekend. My other half really loved the decor. Other than that its a truly lovely, wonderful little flat, and was an absolute pleasure to stay in.
A beautiful apartment, stunning views through the bedroom window. Homely. And beautiful attention to detail in decoration. Two minute walk into Whitby, perfectly placed.

Whitby train station is just a short 10-minute walk away so villages and towns along the North Yorkshire coast can easily be reached via rail. There’s also a taxi rank in close proximity to the train station.
There are plenty of bus routes throughout Whitby. Hop on the X4 and you can visit beautiful coastal villages like Sandsend, Runswick Bay and Staithes. The X93 travels along the coast to Scarborough. The 95 route features plenty of quaint villages, such as Grosmont and Lealholm
