We booked our stay at Kimberly's place for my husbands 50th birthday celebration. We are local to Virginia, but had 8 others coming in from various places for the weekend. The place was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our whole group. The place was very clean and the hosts thought of everything! Our favorite thing about the place was the location to slopes and restaurants, the amazing hot tub and large dining room table. The recommendations Kimberly provided for the area were spot on, we loved Iron and Ale and Devils Backbone! We were able to cook amazing breakfasts in the fabulous kitchen, go tubing, had two great dinners out and then hang at the table and play board games at night after hot tub time. It was all around a great place and we are thankful to have had such a great place for some old college friends to get together and celebrate my husband's milestone 50th birthday!

A group of friends and I stayed here for my 30th birthday and we absolutely loved it. The whole place was beautiful and felt so comfy! We each had our own room AND bathroom and we slept like babies. The fire pit and hot tub were the best parts. 10/10 recommend staying here. They were GREAT hosts!

I cannot rave enough on Kinberly’s property. It was so beautiful and so, so cozy and absolutely perfectly located. Came with all the necessities you’d need for a trip to the mountain. Me and my friends are already talking about wanting to come back again next year because of how easy and accommodating everything was. My favorite parts of this home are the even bedrooms (each have their own bathroom and a queen or king bed) and the gorgeous kitchen. Thank you Kimberly and Jeff!

We had a wonderful stay over NYE weekend! Kimberly's home is beautiful and exactly as pictured. The Christmas decor was adorable, the kitchen was extremely well-equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect-- less than five minutes to Wintergreen resort, local hiking, and only an hour to Harrisonburg. We felt right at home! Kimberly was quick to respond to any questions we had and left very detailed instructions and recommendations. We had an amazing time and hope to come back for another stay!
