Beautiful home and great place to stay

The townhouse was great and enjoyed our stay. However, we were disappointed in the location given the pre-booking information provided made it seem as if we would be in Rosemary, but the address was actually Santa Rosa. We also inquired about the access to Watersound beach club and were told this was a listing error and amenities listed were incorrect. This was the most frustrating given the other beach access points were either much further away or required an entrance fee (Deer Lake State park). Overall, the short walk/bike ride across the street to the Chill was great, but felt like the rental property was misrepresented for its location and beach access. We have vacationed in 30A a few times, but don’t know the area well enough to have caught the listing errors until after we arrived and started exploring the area.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The home was clean when we arrived. Only issue was that the owner (not Oversee) had brought in a cleaning crew to steam clean the couch and it was left a mess and quite wet. We could not sit on the couch until the next day after it dried. We contacted Oversee and the staff was very helpful and responsive offering to bring towels for us to sit on (we declined and skipped sitting on the couch that night). The pool was very crowded with families as it was spring break, and the beach access was a bit confusing. I suggest figuring it out ahead of time. We luckily were there visiting friends and spent most of our time at their club pool which had private beach access. All directions and information is in the Oversee Portal so when you walk in the house there is not the normal paper folder with information about the rental. Being computer literate person made this easy have to say that I spent a little time looking around for something to read.

We absolutely loved our month-long stay with Oversee! The community is really lovely, with lots of friendly people. The home itself is very nice with excellent appliances & really everything you’d possibly need for your stay. The only downside that we found was that the “beach access” is actually a state park, but there are other beach access points within one mile of the house, which is great. The oversee team was also super responsive, which we found to be super helpful.
