This is the Ocean view Beach house you've been searching for! Enjoy the sunrise or sunset on the large deck overlooking the ocean; Make new memories under the deck with gatherings outside around the built in picnic table that seats a large group. This Beautiful 5 bedroom, Loft, plus 3.5 bath home is located in a private Gated Community, on the 2nd row & a short walk to the beach! Comfortable work desk area with great WIFI if you need to work from home. More Details on the Floorplan: SLEEPING: There are 5 bedrooms, plus a loft. The 1st floor consists of the living room with new Large leather sectional sofa that could sleep 2 guests on sofa, kitchen, dining room, master bedroom with new King size bed and 2 bedrooms each with new Queen Size beds. There is also a half bath next to the kitchen, with a full size washer/dryer. On the 2nd floor is the loft with a couch that could sleep one on the couch and a bean bag that has a full size bed that could sleep 1-2 kids and a 4th bedroom with 2 new full size beds, and the 5th bedroom has 3 new twin beds. FIREPLACE: This fireplace is a NON FUNCTIONING - it was built as a decoration only. We have not listed the fireplace as an amenity in our listing. We have provided space heaters for additional warmth on cold nights. ITEMS WE PROVIDE: Initial supply of Trash bags 1 roll of paper towels 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom per stay Dishwasher fluid & dish soap Large shampoo/conditioner and body wash pumps to use during your stay. Please leave them for next guests. Enough laundry detergent to wash 1-3 loads. These are extras provided to you. If you run out or forget something, anything and everything is available at The Big Store! Coffee and Sugar WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING: Sunscreen Beach Towels Beach Canopy or Umbrella Beach Chairs Charcoal & Lighter (we supply the grill) Flashlights Insect repellent Extra blankets (we provide linens and comforters for all beds) Groceries additional personal items, such as: shampoo conditioner soap body wash lotion Laundry Detergent (if you plan to do more than 1 load) If you forget something, head over to The Big Store – Like they say “If we don’t have it, you don’t need it!” PLEASE NOTE: CHECK IN TIME IS ANYTIME AFTER 3PM EARLY CHECK IN REQUESTS: Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Check-in is at 3:00 pm. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Due to the nature of the vacation rental business, housekeepers are on tight schedules. Please honor the check-out time. Early check-ins and late check-outs are only available if another guest is not checking in or out of the property on the same day. To request an early check-in or a late check-out please message me no more than 24 hours in advance, and if available we will send you the early check-in fees. PARKING: We can accommodate 3-4 vehicles in the driveway, depending on size. Please be respectful to neighbors. No parking on private property or others driveways. If you plan on driving vehicles on the beach don’t forget to pick up a $15 permit from the big store or most local stores and gas stations.
It was a very great place to stay in, it was beautiful and outstanding, most definitely was a 10/10 .
I am disappointed because when I first communicated about the swarm of mosquitoes near the driveway, he responded with wanting to help. He genuinely seemed like he wanted to fix it. But in the end he just suggested bug spray. Also I had asked about the fridge before we arrived because there was a review saying the fridge wasn’t working properly. I was told everything was ok, but when we arrived it was not. The fridge was barely cool. Also there is a leak in the oven and our meals took a long time to cook. Overall- the trip was a disappointment.
The place was nice and secured area. Beach was on walking distance. Everything was good except the place needs few adjustments. TV remote did not work properly, Refrigerator didnot work and I mentioned this to owner and he said he will let me know by morning after takling to maintenance and he did not reply me untill the next day afternoon which there was no point since Half of my food went bad. That was so irresponsible he could have given us a proper instruction and we could have taken proper steps. One of the bathroom door didnt lock and it was shared bathroom with two bedroom which was really bad and uncomfortable. Window blind doesnt close properly. Did not keep the promise to send the maintenance to fix the fridge. Other than going my food bad and all this issue it was a pleasent stay. And owner was really responsive.
Phillip was a great host, we had an issue with the AC upon arrival. Phillip had the maintenance team out the next day fixing the problem. Very responsive to any questions we had. The neighborhood is very quiet and easy access to the beach. The house was equipped with everything we needed. Pots, pans, spoons, plates cups, blender and even a cake mixer. Home had plenty of linens for all of our guests. Parking was enough for all 4 of our vehicles. If booking this home bring mosquito repelente as this was probably the only issue we had which. Great home for a large group.

Bolivar Peninsula encompasses 27 miles of Beach Shoreline on the Upper Texas Gulf Coast. The beach in Crystal Beach Texas and on Bolivar Peninsula is one of a kind, and the last of its kind. Vehicles are allowed to drive on, park and enjoy all 27 miles of coastal waters. Families and friends enjoy the day building sand castles, searching for shells and shark teeth, surfing, fishing, boogie boarding and more… Setting up a BBQ or just vas-king in the sun. Easy access to the beach by most cross roads off Hwy 87 makes finding that perfect location to set-up for the day a worry free event. Make sure you purchase your yearly beach parking permit from any of the many local shops or stores on Bolivar or in Crystal Beach Texas, cost is around $15 for the year. All we ask is that what you bring onto the beach you take out, helping us keep our beaches safe and clean for visitors in the future.
Sleep-in and let the sun light-up the sky, ready for a stroll on Bolivar Peninsula, how about the beach? The perfect activity for kids and adults, Treasure Hunting on the beach of Bolivar Peninsula. There’s a group of locals that make it a mission, a daily stroll of the tide-line to see what washed-up with the incoming tide from afar….most are mainly after Shark Teeth and Sea Beans. Collections in cases and jars can be found in many of the beach houses in Crystal Beach Texas, there’s no secret but there is a skill to finding treasures. Spend the morning on the beach, soaking up the sun, watching the kids run and play, see what treasures you can find on a Bolivar Peninsula Beach!

Cars, trucks, ATV's, and golf carts are permitted on the beach, with a $10 pass. Passes can be purchased at most local businesses.
Golf carts are permitted on most streets and beaches on Bolivar Peninsula and are a great way to enjoy your visit without the hassle of taking your car everywhere.
It’s a form of standard transportation for most in Crystal Beach Texas and on Bolivar Peninsula. From meandering down the beach to visiting neighbors, couples and families rely on golf carts as transportation once they arrive to relax. Several local businesses are set-up for rentals if you don’t have one. Most rentals are done by the day or week and include delivery and pick-up. Enjoy a quick trip to the beach and watch the sunrise or a ride to your favorite wade fishing location on the beachfront, no need for a car or truck to enjoy the beach. For the safety of all please ask your rental business for a list of rules and regulations for Golf Cart operations.
