Adam is a very responsive host and gave prompt service to whatever we needed. Place was clean and spotless. Location is good and can connect to Manhattan by Path. Apartment is on fist floor so traveling light is recommended. If using car, Parking could sometimes be a challenge in the street, but ample places can be found in the neighbourhood.

Apartment is a huge fraud. The area is very poor, full of homeless people, junkies and gangs. A group of people are standing in front of shops (which have limited offer in food), listening to loud rap music and asking for money from everybody who is passing. Like in the worst movies. The apartment itself is old, without isolation, wooden floor and you hear everything which happen on the second floor including water. Part of the electric connector doesn’t work. In addition, neighbors don’t care, and we have parties all night. They are simply used to doing it. Regarding transport there is a light train to exchange which is ok but you have to cross to world trade center which is another ticket and then use metro which is another ticket. All those changes take time, and it is faster and cheaper to be on the place where you have direct train to Manhattan. I recommend everybody to avoid this offer and host and for me it strange that they have 100 % positive reviews. Area is to be avoided

Le logement était conforme à la description, très lumineux et spacieux. Malgré cela, avec 3 enfants, il y a plusieurs points non mesurés à distance : entre autre, la rue dite commerçante n'est pas très accueillante (voir intimidente) mais les rues adjacentes sont plus tranquilles. Appartement très proche du tramway, ensuite, il faut prendre le path ou le ferry pour atteindre manhattan. La ligne de bus 119 au retour est assez pratique car directe (moyennant un peu de marche). Je ne conseille pas de dormir trop longtemps sur le canapé lit et il fait jour très tôt.

En un principio decir que Adam fue un gran huésped. Estuvo pendiente de lo que necesitamos desde el primer momento y se esforzó por resolver lo antes posible una incidencia que tuvimos. Respecto al apartamento, nos pareció espacioso y cómodo. Cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios. Se agradece especialmente la lavadora y secadora, modernas y rápidas. Está bien comunicado con Manhattan mediante el tren ligero (HBLR) y combinación con Path. Es fácil llegar a Manhattan en media hora, aunque es importante familiarizarse bien con las líneas del HBLR. El barrio es tranquilo aunque un poco descuidado. Hay varias tiendas cercanas y algún pequeño supermercado. Respecto al aparcamiento, durante el día es fácil encontrarlo y se complica más por la noche, aunque no es imposible. En definitiva recomendamos el alojamiento de Adam por su magnífico afitrion, muy buena relación calidad precio y por la facilidad de acceso a Manhattan.
