Stylish spacious apartment, felt right at home from the moment I walked in. Convenience store and restaurants nearby. All the necessities were available and clear instructions book on how to navigate around the building, apartment and appliances. Lovely stay would highly recommend.

die Lage der Wohnung am Disparate ist super. In etwa 3 Minuten Fuß Distanz ist die Börten rot die Haupteinkaufsstraße mit vielen Bars, Restaurants Paps und einem Supermarkt sehr schnell zu erreichen. Hier bekommt man wirklich alles, was man braucht und kann auch sehr viel unternehmen. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr geräumig, bietet ein großes und ein kleineres Schlafzimmer und zwei gut ausgespart separate Badezimmer. Highlight der Wohnung ist ohne Frage das schöne, großzügige Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Küche und dem Balkon. hier kann man mit vier Personen, sich wunderbar aufhalten und essen und die Freizeit genießen. Leider ist die Küchenausstattung jedoch sehr spartanisch. Es gibt nur wenig Geschirr und Besteck und man ist ständig am abwaschen. Leider sind auch die Pfannen ziemlich mitgenommen und die Kaffeemaschine hat am Anfang nicht funktioniert, weil diese erst von mir gereinigt werden musste. check in und Checkout ist an einem anderen Ort.

It is a nice, clean, comfortable apartment. The building is beautiful and well secured. It is conveniently located. There is a grocery and a variety of lovely restaurants in walking distance. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it without hesitation.
