The apartment is located in one of the oldest and iconic neighborhood of Paris, which is often refered to as the "Latin Quarter". Welcome to your new Parisian home! A luxury and comfortable home, where you can rest after a long day discovering Paris. The apartment is on Rue des Boulangers, which is named after the numerous bakeries that once lined its streets. Tracing its roots through the centuries, this area has witnessed significant historical events and architectural developments. The Latin The apartment has: - 1 Living room with 1 sofa bed - 1 Fully equipped kitchen - 1 Dining area with a table and 4 seats - Bedroom 1 with one King bed - Bedroom 2 with one Double bed - 1 separate bathroom with bathtub - 1 separate bathroom with shower - 1 Separate WC The apartment is comfortable for 4 people and a maximum of 6 people. The sleeping arrangement is organized as follow, all bed and bath linen being provided: Bedroom 1 with a 5***** king bed high comfort mattresses Bedroom 2 with a 5***** double bed high comfort mattresses Living room : 2 people high-comfort sofa bed The apartment is equipped with: TV, high speed Wifi a washer dryer, a hair dryer, a dishwasher a nespresso coffee machine, a water boiler, a toaster a fridge, an induction plate, a microwave, pans and other cooking wares a baby bed if needed

Sehr überraschend im Erdgeschoss in einem nicht sehr schönen Haus. Das abschließen der Tür war immer notwendig und es gab nur einen Schlüssel. Die ubahn fährt direkt unter dem Haus entlang was man sehr stark hört. Die Wohnung ist nett aber hat kleine Makel ( z.B. zerbrochener Tisch im Wohnzimmer). Es wäre toll mehr über die Gegend vom Gastgeber zu erfahren oder wie man das wifi verbindet/ findet ohne selbst suchen zu müssen. Alles in allem ein guter Aufenthalt aber nicht mehr.
L’appartamento è in un ottima posizione e molto pulito. Solo devi lasciare un deposito di 4.000€ inoltre per fase check in compilare un form lungo in un sito terzo così come per check out. Abbiamo prenotato per 6 ma la casa aveva solo 4 letti fatti e ci siamo concordati con l’host per un minimo di rimborso, dato che abbiamo dormito senza coperte e cuscini per una notte. La zona è molto comoda unica cosa passa la metropolitana esattamente sotto l’appartamento, quindi molto rumoroso. I bagni sono due ma il bagno di servizio è uno ed è separato dagli altri bagni. Avevo chiesto a che piano fosse l’appartamento e mi era stato detto terzo piano! Host poco reattivo : abbiamo avuto problemi al nostro arrivo dato che avevamo concordato di lasciare le valige prima del check in, e questo non è stato possibile causa informazioni e comunicazione mancante con l’host. Ho dovuto contattare servizio Airbnb più volte per risolvere tutti i vari problemi e sono stati sempre molto disponibili e gentili

A very beautiful apartment, well equipped, clean and secure. Excellent location; surrounded by cafes, useful amenities, and only minutes from the metro. Easy access to the apartment and clear instructions for entry. Unfortunately, the request for a £2000 deposit came after the non-refundable booking was made and was more than twice what was advertised on the website at the time of making the booking. Such a large sum is daunting when you have not used a particular host before. I was reassured by the fact other reviews referred to the deposit but not to deductions being made. The hosts were also responsive to emails. The layout of the property is such that the living room was no windows. This was not a problem for us as we were staying just a few day and the lighting is excellent; the bedrooms do have large windows. Finally, upload a photo the keys return, we saw the request after we departed but fortunately had one. Aside from the issues with the deposit it was a lovely.

The neighborhood is very safe with Notre Dame and The Panthéon only a few hundred meters away from the apartment. The Panthéon, a neoclassical mausoleum originally built as a church, is a key landmark that honors notable French figures such as Alexandre Dumas, Marie Curie and Victor Hugo.
