Writing this review is very hard for me as I have never left a low rating on Airbnb. We stayed at Michel's place for a month with a colleague. We work in the tech industry, and our jobs allow us to work remotely, which is quite a privilege. We decided to stay at Michel's place as we were assured that there was a good internet connection. Yet, this wasn't exactly the case. It was hard to join and have smooth online meetings with my partners and clients. Michel, as a host, was responsive and always tried to help whenever it was needed. Yet, the property has a space designated as a "dining room," but in reality, it is not usable as it is outside(a garage remodeled to be used as a kitchen). One of the bedrooms has a very low ceiling, so if you are tall, you will often hit your head on the ceiling. The place was also not properly cleaned, and there was dust almost everywhere, but nothing major. If the price for this stay were lower, I wouldn't complain. The quality doesn't match.
Michel’s house is quite clean and tidy, you can find anything you need for cooking in the kitchen . Besides, Michel always replies in time, easy to contact with him. The house is located at the end of alley near Nana station, so it’s quiet, except the sound of the wild parrots outside in the morning ;)

The first half is the vibrant and exiting part of the street with many restaurants, bars, coffee-shops, Tailors, Spas massage, various shops, many Thai street food vendors and 2 "7Eleven" grocery stores.
The second part of the street where the house is located is residential, calm and relaxing.
The largest and most beautiful park in Bangkok is 250m away on foot from the house. (Benchakitti Park).
In this park there is a lake, a running and cycling track, and weight machines.
The house is 650 meters away from the famous Soi 11 :
Sukhumvit Soi 11 is hands down one of the busiest and most happening streets in Bangkok. It has everything you need, by day and at night. It is kind of like a one-stop street lined with all kinds of shops, restaurants, bars, clubs, hotels, plenty of street food stalls, and much more.
Bumrungrad International Hospital is 6mn away from the house by taxi. (1.6km)

ou le taxi dont les prix sont très bas.

Après de nombreux voyages aux Etats-Unis, au Canada, en Amérique du Sud, en Europe, en Asie, etc., j'ai décidé, parallèlement à mon métier, d'ouvrir un restaurant français à Bangkok.
