We would highly recommend staying at John's place if visiting L.A. The hosts were responsive friendly and handled the rental of their property serious and with the upmost professionalism. The place was beautiful, quiet and super clean. Having a market across the street was amazing too. Nothing but the top accolades for our stay.

I could not have created a more perfect space for what we needed. I came from Northern California with a friend who had a surgery scheduled. Her doctor’s office ended up being five blocks away. The house was pristine with a very well appointed kitchen, flatscreen TVs in both bedroom spaces and a giant TV in the living room. The loft has a beautiful stone floor shower and walk-in closet. There’s a washer and dryer with detergent and fabric sheets etc. There is fabulous organic co-op market across the street, a train station at the end of the block, if you need one and it’s 16 blocks from the beach. The owner, Vincent came and introduced himself within the first hour we were there and was available for any questions or recommendations. John also was available and replied within minutes if I sent any messages about check-in or check-out protocol. It really is a cool, artsy, Soho, New York feeling space. We loved it!

Me and my family absolutely loved this place! It was spacious, clean, and had every amentity we could ask for. The place was tastefully decorated, towels and linens were high quality, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare some simple meals. Getting food is very convenient with the Co-op across the street. I wish we could have stayed longer!

This place was spacious and very well appointed. The beds are very comfortable. John provides great amenities. For our 3 week stay, they provided an additional cleaning as well.
