Hi! I’m Beth and I have owned my home for over 25 years, raising 2 kids here. I still consider it a family home as both my kids and their spouses, return home periodically and my boyfriend, Scott is here a lot too. I have a second guest room on the same floor I my home, which is occupied by a long term tenant, so you will share the bathroom with them. I have a cat, Boone, and if my kids or boyfriend are here I may have their dogs as well. Because of that, I don't allow guests to bring dogs. This room is close to my bedroom in the house so be aware of that. It has a queen size bed, Nespresso coffee maker and tea pot. You may also access my kitchen for a microwave, toaster and other basics. I don't allow cooking meals unless you plan to stay for more than 3 days so let's discuss that first. The bathroom is shared with my other guest bedroom if I have personal guests, airbnb guests or a long term tenant in there. Also have another Airbnb space in my basement. That room does not access upstairs, where you will be. Because I have a cat who gets very stressed around new dogs, I do not allow dogs, including service dogs. We can be flexible on check-in and check-out time. Just ask!
