Dedicated work- lounges are also plenty and available for free on the 8th floor. Kids playground, and quiet lounge area can be used free of charge on the 7th Floor. Swimming pools are open daily from 6AM til 10PM except Mondays (P150 on regular days, including weekends; P300 during holidays) Located Along Ayala Avenue Extention, SMDC Air Residences is within walking distance of the central business district of Makati. Air Mall on the ground floor of the building has a supermarket, restaurants, laundromat, and fast-food stalls. Pay parking is available in the basement at per hourly rate. The connecting mall- Assembly Grounds by the Rise / Shangri-la also has lots of nice shops (True Value, Daiso, National bookstore, 7-Eleven), fine restaurants, salons, spas, and more pay-parking spaces. ATMs are available 24/7 within the premises of Air Residences.

The accomodation is in the most beautiful part of Manila. The host was very helpful with our needs and responsive all the time. The accomodation itself is clean and modern. The pool is covered under shadow of surrounding buildings most of the time, but that did not stop us to try it out and enjoy it!
