Enjoy this charming and cozy loft, in the heart of the city. It is located on a quiet street yet surrounded by the vibrant life of the city. 5 minutes walk from Plaza de España and Gran Vía. From the apartment, you'll be just steps from major landmarks, trendy restaurants, and quaint shops. Our goal is to make you feel at home while you explore everything our charming city has to offer ;) Welcome to our cozy apartment, we will tell you where you will sleep and the layout of the apartment: It has an entrance hall, a living room area with an open-plan kitchen, with an extendable dining table for several people. The kitchen has induction hobs, microwave, complete kitchen utensils, and carbon extractor hood. Another independent living room space, larger and more multifunctional, with a bright exterior window facing the street, which has a sofa bed, and smart TV. In the same separate space, a trundle bed to accommodate additional guests with super comfortable mattresses and warm duvets in winter, and a cool environment in summer. On the lower floor, well ventilated and conditioned, is the bedroom with two beds, it has a useful height of more than two meters. The full bathroom has a heated towel rail. It is fully equipped, with a new and large vintage refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker,... Guests have towels, bath gel and soap, hairdryer... There is the possibility of providing the apartment with a travel cot if the guest needs it, but it is essential that they notify this via Airbnb message once the reservation is made. If you need any additional service to those set out in the advertisement, do not hesitate to request it in case it is within our power to facilitate or help you obtain it. Upon arrival, we will welcome you personally, and if you wish, we will show you the apartment and explain everything necessary to make you feel at home, in addition to advising you and telling you everything you need to make your landing in the city easier.

Ana es muy atenta y debido a un problema que surgió antes de estar nosotros, ha respondido de una manera correcta con una compensación a nuestro favor. El departamento es bonito, pero pequeño. Si bien lo elegí para ir con mi familia (madre y dos hermanos) al estar publicitado para cuatro personas, lo recomiendo si los ocupantes son 4 personas jóvenes y no adultos que necesitan otro tipo de comodidades

Apartment is in city center, easily accessible by bus ,metro to most destinations. Host is very responsive and proactive in approach, had small issue in wash room .. she responded quickly with maintenance team and got it rectified I recommend this place to all
