Very much enjoyed our stay, property was perfect for our needs, lovely walk into Wells, which we did several times, Sally's recommendations on places to eat were also excellent, would happily stay again and would certainly recommend to others.

Both Sally & James are easy going, and friendly. This lovely 1 bed studio is set in absolutely stunning areas within the pristine countryside of Wells. "What happens in Dulcote stays in Dulcote" 😁 They take pride in what they do and this shows through the quality of decorative finishes in this stunning little property. Neat and tidy little kitchen with only the best biscuits and coffee on offer. A personal thank you for making my stay pleasant. I would highly recomend this to anyone wanting a peaceful getaway in the countryside.

We had a great two night stay here, the studio is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Sally and her family are so friendly and helpful and made us feel really welcome. We'll definitely return when visiting family in the area. Highly recommend!

Great air bnb in a peaceful area only a few minutes drive from Wells. Hosts Sally and James were really friendly and welcoming. Everything was spotlessly clean. We would definitely return. Thank you.

This was a perfect place to stay for a couple of nights while I sorted some things in Wells. However, it would work just as well as a base to explore the area. Although not in Wells, it’s a very short drive into town - or (as I did several times) a lovely 20-minute walk on tarmac across three fields which takes you right into the Bishop’s Palace. The room was exactly as described - a good size, very clean, with an extremely large, comfortable bed and good bathroom. The kitchen is basic (microwave and fridge) but well-appointed. Would definitely recommend.
