Minutes from downtown and the airport, yet tucked into a quiet hillside neighborhood surrounded by trees with a view of Mt. Spokane. Immediate access to hiking trails and parks. Studio interior has a kitchenette and a simple yet functional layout that flows onto the outdoor patio area where you can enjoy a meal and the tranquil property. Slightly raised queen bed for sleeping and a small sofa bed upon request. Our family lives above so some noise will be shared. We’ll respect your space. Walk-out basement studio in our family home. Patio area provides exceptional views. This functional space has a queen bed, separate living/eating area with a fully stocked kitchenette. Washer and dryer in-unit. Bathroom has a shower only, no bathtub. Heat/AC are a part of the main home thermostat, but you have control of extra heat. Studio stays cool in the basement.

Everything was better than expected. Provided everyday amenities. I originally booked my stay for 3 nights, my plans changed and I didn’t even think to look for another place. I contacted Jaci’s and she without hesitation worked with me to extend my stay an extra 2 days. Jaci’s place is very comfortable and I felt very much at home. Recommend this place if you find yourself in the Spokane area.

Jaci’s place was exactly what we needed! Quaint and peaceful, well organized and very clean. Jaci was very responsive, suggestive and friendly! Views at her place are gorgeous. She stocked the fridge with refreshing drinks along with some lovely on the go breakfast options. Only of my favorite stays thus far!
Jaci is an outstanding host! I it felt like every comfort was thought of! The space is so clean and homey! It was perfect for the two of us! I would definitely stay here again!

A quiet pocket of the city tucked into the trees of the West Hills. Neighborhood is within minutes to everything in Spokane yet provides immediate access to hiking and mountain biking trails, a public golf course and parks.
You’ll have a parking spot in front of the suite. Also, ample street parking below the house. Please drive slowly as there are kids and many people walk their dogs.
Bus stop about .8 miles away.
