Welcome to this newly remodeled three-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home, where modern elegance meets functionality. Step into a spacious interior featuring brand-new finishes throughout. The open floor plan connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating an inviting space for both daily life and entertaining. The kitchen boasts state-of-the-art appliances, complemented by sleek countertops and ample storage. Upstairs there are two bedrooms that offer comfort and privacy, with the primary bedroom featuring an en-suite bathroom. Along with the bedrooms there is also the main living space and kitchen. Downstairs, there is one bedroom, 1/2 bath, laundry room, and access to the backyard and the garage. The two-car garage adds convenience and security.

Lara was a GREAT host. From allowing us to check in a bit early to always being available for questions or issues. Property was 'as advertised' and could access the freeway within 0:03 minutes for trips to Park City and the airport to pick up family for graduation event. I would highly recommend the for any future visits to SLC
We had a fantastic stay!
The house was fine, just not very clean the couch smelled like urine and the floor was dusty. No broom to sweep up floors, everything is updated which is nice but fridge wasn’t very cold. My friend left a mug and we asked if we could come back to get it and the owner said yes, then kept leaving me on read so make sure you don’t forget anything or you won’t get it back! I think that’s a horrible way to treat your guest. Also unlike other host when you book they greet you and say things like thank you for booking but from Lara not one welcome or goodbye message on day of checkout. Usually host will say things like, if you need anything let me know but from Lara I didn’t receive that.
We loved Lara's home! We were coworkers on a work trip and this home was perfect. We loved having 2.5 bathrooms for 3 bedrooms. Made it easy for everyone to have their own space. The living room was very comfortable. Everything was sparkling clean, and Lara was great to work with. We hope to come back!
We loved the house. It is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to ski areas. Twenty minutes to Park City and about the same to Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Lara was great and we will definitely be back in the future.

The street is a peaceful dead-end with minimal traffic. It takes approximately 10 minutes to reach downtown from here, making it a convenient location for commuters. Additionally, it's only about 30 minutes away from the ski resorts, making it an ideal spot for winter sports enthusiasts. There are plenty of local restaurants in the immediate vicinity, offering a diverse range of cuisines to choose from.
