The house is fully air-conditioned (AC) and has 5 incredible and comfortable suites. All with automated blinds and blackout curtains. The entertainment area is super equipped with a pool, gourmet area, sauna, and hot tub. Spacious and well-equipped spaces. Parking for 4 cars and quick access to the gate. Parties not allowed Fully equipped house with 5 suites, 7 bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, parking for 4 cars. TV and Wifi, all areas air-conditioned, and space for up to 11 people. Bed linens and towels available for 11 people. We do not provide extra towels. We do not offer beach service. We do not provide beach chairs or umbrellas. We do not offer breakfast.

Boa porém água quente só conseguimos após uma noite e estávamos com crianças, apareceu um rato na cozinha a casa precisa ser detetizado.
A casa muito boa, espaçosa! Mas precisa de umas manutenções, ar condicionado pingando em cima da cama no quarto principal, nos outros quartos os controles não funcionavam, as tv não tem antenas, a casa não tem copos suficientes não tem panelas grande, a geladeira da cozinha inox não tá gelando direito! As toalhas da casa precisam também ser trocadas e as roupas de cama também, pelo padrão e valor da casa acho que deveriam da uma atenção nessa parte Rafael muito prestativo a Rosi cozinha muito bem, vale muito a pena contratar o trabalho dela.

he neighborhood is very calm, with 24-hour security and monitoring center. You will always find tranquility. Pernambuco Beach is one of the most pleasant in Guarujá, with sun all day. Great shopping facilities near the condominium, including Jequitimar Shopping Mall, supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants. New Pão de Açúcar supermarket on the same street as the condominium, a 5-minute drive away. Tentação Bakery is a 5-minute drive away.
Super easy to get to—just enter the route in your GPS/Waze. Via Rodovia dos Imigrantes: Approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on traffic conditions. Via Rodovia Anchieta: Similar to the Imigrantes option, usually between 1.5 to 2 hours, but it may vary. Via Balsa Santos-Guarujá: The waiting time for the ferry can influence the total time. After the crossing, add approximately 30 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic conditions. Via Mogi-Bertioga: Take the Mogi-Bertioga Highway (SP-98) towards the coast. Follow the highway until you reach the Rio-Santos Highway (BR-101). Turn right on the Rio-Santos Highway towards Guarujá. Continue on the Rio-Santos Highway until the entrance to Guarujá. Inside Guarujá, follow the signs to Condomínio Jardim Acapulco or Praia de Pernambuco. The estimated travel time for this route may vary but is generally in the range of 2 to 3 hours, depending on traffic conditions and the exact starting location in São Paulo.
