Die Unterkunft ist wirklich traumhaft mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail. Es fehlt an nichts und es wurde an jede Kleinigkeit gedacht (zB Mocca Kocher in jedem Gästehaus). Sie ist auch nochmal größer und schöner als man auf den Bildern sehen kann. Unser Highlight war der Pizzaofen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und entspannt, die Anfahrt zur Unterkunft ist etwas holprig, vorsichtig fahren! Massimiliano war persönlich für den Check-in und Check-out da und hat uns eine detaillierte Einweisung zu Unterkunft und Anwesen gegeben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This is an absolutely gorgeous and totally unique AirBnB - we had a wonderful time! The house is full of pieces of art - abstract paintings and sculptures by Massimiliano's family members. There is a separate painting studio where you can draw or paint if you are inspired. There is evidence everywhere that this house was lived in and loved. The kitchen (actually there are several) are *extremely* well equipped. It is also a luxurious holiday retreat - with beautiful pool, multiple (I counted more than 10) separate nooks, hammocks and sitting areas in the gardens, two separate buildings where other family members can have some privacy (eg teenagers!), and an extremely well equipped pool bar (Campari and soda, espresso martini, aperol spritz anyone...), wood fired pizza oven. A couple of things to be aware of. The house is about 15 minutes drive from Todi - a car is absolutely essential and a 4WD would be very handy. The road to the house is in poor condition. The mosquitoes are hungry!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la maison de Massimiliano. L’extérieur de la maison est magnifique et correspond aux photos. La decoration de l’intérieur de la maison est authentique. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Massimiliano’s house is AMAZING! Even more beautiful than the pictures show. Many nice places to sit outside and the pool is big and very well kept. The main house as well as the two guest houses are super cozy with lots of interesting decorations personal touches and furniture, and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Would definitely recommend!
