La maison était superbe et tout était disponible . Les contacts avec Manuela était très pratique et toujours disponible . Claudia sur place nous a fait des repas très bon et cette prestation est très pratique surtout quand nous sommes un grand groupe ! La maison est belle et propre et dispose de tout ce qu’il faut ( piscine et jacuzzi ) en revanche l’emplacement est assez loin du centre ville et des supermarchés mais un réseau de bus est accessible pas très loin sinon vous pouvez appeler un taxi ! Aux alentours c’est un nouveau quartier donc de nouvelles maisons en construction c’est pourquoi la vie n’était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes … mais nous n’avons pas eu de bruit donc ça a été ! La seule chose embêtante c’est les coupures d’électricité qu’il y avait tous les jours ( parfois que une durée de 4h ) donc quand vous êtes en visites extérieur ça va mais si vous restez à la maison ça peut être très long !surtout si pas de Clim et pas de frigo , et le vent est très très présent

Celebrated my birthday here this year. Such a beautiful home, the host was responsive. Anytime I had a question she responded in a quickly matter and resolved my issue. The host was helpful in suggesting places to visit and services. My group and I enjoyed our stay very much. The house is huge. The neighbors were very friendly and the host allowed us to stay a little longer since had a later flight which we appreciated greatly. Will recommend to anyone traveling to Santa Marta.
Everything is as descripted. Clean and new. One thing you need to consider - car, bike or taxi.
We stayed here and had the best time! This house is located in a small gated community , with views of the mountains and nature. All of the rooms are a great size and all of them have their own bathrooms . We were a smaller group , but this place would be absolutely perfect to host bigger groups. It's clean, shiny and everything feels very new . The highlight for us was the outdoor living are. The pool is next level beautiful and really is a must for this weather . Santa Marta is incredibly windy and we enjoyed sitting and eating outside in the warm breeze during the evening. The internet was absolutely fantastic. All of the Neighbor's are very kind and we felt incredibly safe here . The host was extremely responsive. We can't leave a review without adding how much we loved Claudia . Claudia is in charge of cleaning the home and will provide services such as cooking, if you wish. She is such a sweetheart and so good at what she does. 10/10 we will be recommending this place👌
