This modern villa has just been finished in 2023 and invites up to 6 adults into its three spacious bedrooms. With a private 5.000 m2 plot only steps away from the beach this house will fulfill all your holiday needs and offers private and calm environment Offering 24/7 security and complementary daily housekeeping you can enjoy your holiday to the maximum. With a separate kitchen on the plot a private chef can be hired on demand. The flat has been designed in a modern, European standard with high quality furniture and appliances all around the house. All plugs are having a European layout and all bathrooms are equipped with Grohe appliances. The master bedroom on the ground floor has its own bathroom attached and is directly connected to the terrace. With a spacious wooden closet and a designer bed in king size (1,80m x 2,00m) it is designed to accommodate 2 adults and an additional child in a separate children bed. The other two bedrooms on the first floor are also equipped with the same spacious bed and closet and can also be equipped with an optional children bed. Each bedroom has a mosquito net installed and is equipped with darkening curtains, an aircondition unit as well as LED lights and a fan. The first floor further holds a large bathroom with a double sink as well as a balcony with ocean view. The fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor is featuring a kitchen island with 4 large chairs as well as a fridge, oven, microwave and an electric stove. From the living room area one can directly reach the terrace with an inviting wooden dining table and 6 comfortable lounge chairs with corresponding pillows.

Salum is a wonderful host! He is very warm and accommodating, and always available in person or via text. The house is lovely; just as described. It is close to the beach which is breathtaking (be sure to check the tides)

Great stay
Absolutely loved my stay at this modern villa! It’s a dreamy retreat for up to 6 adults. The beach is steps away, and with 24/7 security and daily room cleaning, relaxation is a given. Bedrooms are chic, equipped with mosquito nets and sea-view balconies. We booked the private chef and enjoyed local food on the terrace – pure bliss. This place blends luxury with beach vibes seamlessly. Salum was so kind and welcoming! Sure will come again🌴✨
Ich durfte der erste Gast in der neuen Unterkunft sein. Das Haus besitzt alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich für solch eine Unterkunft wünscht; es hat einen sehr hoher Standard. Das Grundstück liegt in der zweiten Reihe und nach circa 150 m durch weißen Sand ist man am Strand. Ein paar Dinge sind noch nicht fertig, weil das Haus gerade fertiggestellt wurde. Der Garten ist noch nicht fertig angelegt. Eine Klimaanlage ist ausgefallen. Salum, der fürsorgliche Gastgeber, ist verständnisvoll auf meine Wünsche eingegangen. Eine noch nicht fertig gestellte Außenküche bietet später die Möglichkeit, sich von einem externen Koch verwöhnen zu lassen. Das Haus liegt zwischen Bwejuu und Dongwe und liegt daher sehr ruhig. Keine Disco in der Nähe und keine Muezzinrufe. Das große Grundstück ist mit einer Mauer eingefriedet und Tag und Nacht bewacht. Ich fühlte mich die ganze Zeit sicher.

Within a 3-minute walk you can reach the beautiful Indian Ocean. A few hundert meters from the villa are luxury hotels such as the Breezes and the Xanadu villas that feature restaurants and pools.
The next village named Bwejuu is only 3km away and the popular tourist destination Paje can be reached within 6km.
Parking on the property is no problem.
