The room and the condominium were pleasant. There was a large and clean pool in the condo, which was a great feature. The bed was also excellent - large and soft, making it easy to sleep. However, I encountered some issues during my stay. Despite the listing showing both a large and a smaller TV, there was only one TV available. It had many issues, such as being unable to stream Netflix and YouTube, and it was very slow to respond. I couldn't watch them properly for half of my stay. You will likely experience the same unless the host makes a change. Another issue was the distance to the beach. The listing mentioned it takes about 10 minutes to walk there, but it took me 15 to 20 minutes from the door of the room, which was inconvenient for me. On the bright side, there was a convenience store on the ground floor, which was beneficial. And, the water pressure was low, which was a bit of an inconvenience. Чистая и уютная квартира выполнена в дизайнерском интерьере, который каждый день радует глаз, со всем необходимым оборудованием с замечательным видом с балкона. Находится в красивом микрорайоне со всем необходимым, но до центра и основных развлечений минут 30 на байке. Из небольших недостатков: плохой напор воды, из-за чего верхний душ не работал, кровать на колесиках, которая все время ездит и отсутствует большой второй телевизор, который заявлен в описании :(

These are cozy and calm apartments. It is very clean and comfortable. Inside there was everything you needed (the washing machine was on the balcony! I lost it :)) The only negative for me: very little electric light. There is no chandelier in the bedroom, only wall lamps with low light. I had to put a night light in the main room to ensure minimal light in the evening and at night. The owner is very polite and attentive. He gave us all the information we needed and was very kind to answer all our questions. I recommend!
