阿贡管家服务非常热情，我们半夜到管家也在等我们。别墅是新的，又三间卧室。环境很好，泳池也很干净，第一天去房间里没有蚊子和虫子真的很惊喜。服务人员打扫非常认真，都很有礼貌。 但是有些细节希望可以得到改进。 1.没有牙刷，有洗衣机没有洗衣液。 2.开关没有双控，晚上关灯很麻烦。 3.房间里没有沙发，有些不太方便。

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere. Most friendly and helpful Host (Pak Agung) and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the villa was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Either room and kitchen itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Saya menginap untuk 2 malam bersama keluarga besar saya, staff villa sangat ramah dan membantu. Villa juga sangat bersih, dan membuat memori yang sangat mengesankan untuk saya dan keluarga. Akan kembali lagi saat ada kesempatan. Terimakasih ethnic ubud🙏🏻

We had a great stay at Villa Ethnic. What we particularly liked about the villa: - New and fresh villa matching the pictures. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms with well working AC. Large master bathroom. - Mr Agung and the staff were very helpful and friendly, responding to our needs quickly. - Beautiful garden, open on one side towards the jungle. - Pool is nice and clean, good size and child friendly as it gets gradually deep. Enough sun on the pool to make it pleasant temperature to swim. - Villa location is good, with many dining options within a 3 min walk. Yet the villa is at the end of a side alley which provides for more private and peaceful setting. - there are some small things that can be improved, consider adding some back pillows on the couch as the back is wood. Maybe even add a second couch as this is a 3-BDR villa and the couch has space for max 3 people. Some paintings, ornaments can give a personal touch. - Overall a lovely place, we are very happy with our stay.
