This place in HCM is a great value. It's just a 10-15 minute walk to local attractions. One standout feature is its location in a quiet alley, away from traffic noise. The host is very responsive, and check-in/out instructions are clear. The space is a bit small, but that's expected for the price. The mattress could be better as ours had a sunken spot in the middle. However, the room is clean and has a fresh smell, comparable to a 4-star hotel.

I must say, the host is incredibly responsive and friendly. The apartment is spacious, impeccably clean, and well-equipped with amenities. The separate and private sleeping room adds a nice touch of privacy ❤️ The peaceful neighborhood provides a serene atmosphere, with easy access to numerous cafes and restaurants nearby. Overall, it's been a delightful stay. I highly recommend hehe.
