Central location is unbeatable with easy access to public transportation and great foodie area. Nice and cozy apartment located in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods of Buenos Aires, named "Belgrano R", where there are embassies, traditional mansions, bilingual schools and the traditional "Belgrano Athletic Rugby Club". It has been recently renovated, fully equipped, modern and bright. Warm and welcoming, will offer you the comfort of a hotel whilst giving you the feeling of being at home. Open kitchen with all the premium appliances needed to enjoy cooking with family and friends, it also has a table equipped for 4 people, a Smart TV to enjoy series or live sports and large windows to access the garden and grill. Master bedroom has a full light through a window to the garden and large closets ideal for long stays. Apartment also has another small bedroom for the third guest. Space is perfect to accommodate up to three people in a modern and functional environment. Central location is unbeatable and you are a 10-minute walk from the Plaza Castelli shopping center with a wide and great gastronomic offer such as Jolie Bistro (international neighborhood traditional restaurant), Maru Botana (pastry famous shop), Croxi (traditional Argentinean pizza), Tea Connection (new modern tea store) and others to discover. Also we recommend in the area "Oldest" (restaurant and bar with a unique atmosphere), Hamburgeseria Arredondo (gourmet), Sifon (awarded restaurante) and Naranjo Bar (wine bar). Access to public transportation is also easy with buses on Av Elcano, subway on Av Cabildo and the train at Estación Belgrano R just a 6-block walk away.

This is a wonderful place and no doubt I will return. It is slightly on the pricey side for what you get and it is a bit noisy in terms of people coming in and out of the main door (there is a beeping sound every time someone opens the main door to the building and the flat is on the ground floor). Other than that, it is fabulous.
Hi, I felt so at home in this place that I had to extend my stay! Really peaceful and green ambiance. Great internet connection for getting my work done! The apartment is managed by Argenhost, a young, friendly and really responsive, proactive team. The cleaning service was also impeccable. I will certainly try to stay here again during my next trip to Argentina.

The firepit and the amazing barbecue setup, allows anybody staying here to live like a true Argentinian and indulge in literally the best meat in the world. Located in Belgrano R, one of the most residential neighborhoods, the atmosphere was serene yet vibrant, offering a glimpse into real local life. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the practical kitchen had everything I needed to whip up meals at my convenience. Overall, my stay exceeded expectations, offering a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and authentic Argentinean charm. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Buenos Aires.

Lovely place in a beautiful neighbourhood. We stayed for a month and it quickly felt like a home. Hosts are very helpful and provided us with a sube card. I worked remotely from here every day and the WiFi was really good. Air con in every room was ideal during January where it got up to 38 degrees! You’re quite close to bus routes but Uber was so cheap so we used that to get around most of the time and sube when we were more central. Would stay again if I come back to Buenos Aires :)

The apartment is located in "Belgrano R" which is part of a larger upper-middle class neighborhood that is divided into 4 neighborhood clusters such as Belgrano R, Belgrano C, the center of Belgrano and Bajo Belgrano.
The heart of the neighborhood beats with life on its main thoroughfare, Avenida Cabildo, which runs from northwest to southeast and the subway (subway) Line D continues its route towards the city's microcenter.
To the west of Crámer Avenue is "Belgrano R" which is mainly residential and low-density in nature, characterized by quiet streets lined with large, mature shade trees. Most of the buildings in this section are detached single-family homes following Anglo-Saxon architectural styles; Some residences have sizable backyards with swimming pools. This section is preferred by Argentines of upper economic class and expatriate company personnel.
Cabildo Avenue is just 10 blocks walkable from the apartment, has a lot of car traffic and has coffee shops, supermarkets, movie theaters, specialty stores, clothing boutiques, bookstores and other retail locations. Pedestrians are especially numerous on weekend afternoons since Buenos Aires residents tend to walk, stroll and shop in the stores in the Belgrano neighborhood due to their offering, comfort and accessibility.
Most of the densest housing in the neighborhood is located in Cabildo area. High-rise luxury apartment buildings are clustered on the tree-lined streets surrounding the Universidad de Belgrano, a private liberal arts university, and also on the Av Libertador corridor.
Highly recommended place is "Belgrano C" which also houses the small Chinatown of Buenos Aires. The district is filled with restaurants and specialty grocery stores that cater to Asian-Argentines and the general public.

Apartment is 25 minutes from the Aeroparque Local Airport (AEP) by taxi and 50 minutes from the Ezeiza International Airport (EZE) with normal traffic.
Subway is 20 minutes walking distance to Juramento Line D Station.
Additionally, on Av Elcano and Av Cabildo there are several bus lanes that allow access to the main city hotspots.
Belgrano R Train Station is just 6 blocks from apartment.
Buenos Aires city bus Station named "Retiro" is 25 minutes away by taxi.
Bike Mode has also grown a lot in the city and the Eco Bici system is constantly improving the mobile application; equipment and stations.
We recommend Cabify, Uber or Didi as transportation applications.
