This home boasts 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a workout room with digital weight machine Tonal, and a gorgeous open kitchen leading to a 10 person dining room and cozy living room. Sip your morning coffee on the back porch enjoying the view of mature trees and sound of the waterfall or enjoy your evening cocktail around the fire-pit. The house was spotless, the property was beautiful and we felt right at home. Clear instructions and everything we needed was at our fingertips. We loved our stay, we will be back!
The is place was awesome. Such a cute and cozy home, with plenty of space to fit 8+ people. We were only a 15 min drive from mountain creek but the house had a ton of activities inside and outside. Highly recommend.
My guests and I had a wonderful time, which included children 9 years old and younger at this home. We were there to ski at Mount Peter’s in Warwick. Warwick is a 15 min drive. Very easy to get to. The house was very spacious and charming. It had all we needed as far as supplies in all areas of the house. Everyone loved the room and decor. Our host, Vanessa was very responsive and checked on any concerns we had. Overall, a fantastic stay at this home.
We had a wonderful time on our visits. I’d recommend garbage bags be available at the house to help make check out easier. Also, the only complaint was that the listing was for Warwick, NY… but this house was 20+ min from Warwick… and that was an area we were trying to explore so that was unexpected. So I suggest updating the listing with the correct location so it’s not misleading. I also didn’t get the check in paperwork which I should have by noon on the day of check in- but when I reached out they were very responsive and I was able to get the information quickly. The house was so clean and beautiful- we loved seeing the deer in the yard… would love to return in the summer months and enjoy the fire pit :)
Overall, the place was nice but there were a lot of issues with the management. We specifically picked this place because the location on Airbnb said 15 minutes to Mount Peter. We didn’t get the check in instructions until 4 hours before and it had one address on the front page which is the management company address and then another one inside with the property address. This address is different from the one on the website so I messaged for clarification and they insisted the Airbnb one was correct. That address is fictional so after an hour of looking around we finally got directed to the right one and the door code didn’t work and it was twice the distance to mount Peter. The place was lovely, but could be a bit cleaner (food stuck on dishes, etc). The team apologized and the place was nice but the location being so wrong and the team not being proactive in fixing ASAP started our trip on the wrong foot.

There is no shortage of wineries, breweries, orchards, or farms, many of which are kid and dog friendly! Ski or tube at Mt. Peter’s. Visit our favorite water park, Mountain Creek. Whitewater raft in the Delaware River. NYS Renaissance Fair and Legoland are nearby too. Visit downtown Warwick for shopping or the weekly farmers market. Hike the Appalachian trail and be sure to stop at one of many farm to table restaurants.
