We enjoyed our stay in this cozy apartment. It’s a great location to explore Montreal. Everything was perfect!

Upon arrival there was a noticeable smell that was not pleasant. There was 4 guests stated on the reservation but they only put out two towels. The remainder of the towels were still in the dryer that were still half wet and smelt musty. Reached out regarding our issues stated and was told there was a cleaning team to take care of it that never showed. Be aware the windows do not lock. The pictures show a better image than how the place actually looks. Lots of dust and hair under the beds. I will say the location was amazing, within walking distance to a large amount of restaurants, bars and attractions. I was also not aware until arrival that this is a hotel. Not as exclusive as they made it seem.

I was attending a concert and this fit my budget. we had a good amount of space in the bedrooms. There was a really cute coffee shop 3 minutes away from the apartment called Tommy’s Coffee which was very convenient and had the best coffee near there. We did have a problem hooking the Nintendo switch to the TV as the HDMI socket was not in place. Overall the building was quiet enough.

I wanted to love this Airbnb, I really did, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to its hope. I will start with the good things. The location is perfect, quiet and secluded. Felt very safe and the parking spot also felt safe and tucked away from view from the street. Unfortunately the listing over promises for what you get and when we arrived at 415pm the cleaning crew was only 1/2 way done and no one gave us a heads up prior. The location is a basically an Airbnb hotel that has been used to the point it’s no where near what you see in the pictures, none of this was noted in the listing. The TV didn’t work at all, we had bathroom towels with fresh blood stains on them, stains up and down the white walls and just an overall worn down look. Please understand what you are booking before spending more than one night at this location.
