Arrived in Houston for a 4 day trip Jake’s place was quiet and cozy very private my stay was more than comfortable and would definitely be contacting Jake again for my next trip

Place was exactly as shown on listing. Had of lot of food trucks open late as well for the night owls. Overall I enjoyed my stay and I’d stay again.

This place was great especially for an extended stay. I stayed for 3 weeks for business and it’s the perfect place because you have a full kitchen with all the pots pans and utensils that you’ll need. The place was very clean and comfortable and has two large tvs, one in the living area and one in the bedroom. Jake is a great host and very responsive and friendly and will make sure you have everything you need. Overall it’s a great stay for a solo traveler and great for long term
