Have fun with the whole family at this stylish & spacious place (161m2). It is a beautiful historical villa from 1908, detached from neighbours so it is completely yours. We renovated the whole place last year and it looks great. Actually the whole street looks amazing and is designed by the same architect. It is close to the forest and the city center. The house is ideal for families with young kids as we will have everything available for you. There is a huge backyard with a fence all around. We renovated the whole house last year. We love design and you will see that in the interior. Together with the many historical beautiful details for example in the hallway and wooden construction this house is really a gem. We are extremely proud of how beautiful it is after the renovation and we love to share this with others. This house used to be used by rich Amsterdam people back in the days for their holiday breaks. You are welcome! The house has two floors, the ground floor is really spacious and holds the living room and kitchen. The kitchen is overloaded with sun / daylight and attached to the kitchen you have the dinner table and a separate play / lounge area. The kitchen has everything you need including dishwasher, oven, microwave, steam oven, coffee machine, milk creamer, gas stove and all the necessary equipment to make a nice meal (oil, salt and spices are included). The living room has a beautiful (new) wood fireplace for cozy evenings. The second floor has a very comfortable king size bed (1,80x2,00) and curtains which make the bedroom dark, a good night sleep assured! Next to the master bedroom we have two rooms with a toddler bed & crib. Attached to the master bedroom there is an option to work, completely decorated as an office including a desk, desk chair, printer etc. There is also an option to sleep in the living room as the couch is a sleeping sofa. Managing expectations: the sleeping sofa is 1,20 only and the side windows don't have curtains but as long as it is dark when you wake up you don't need them. There are curtains for windows facing the street. The bathroom has a separate rainshower, toilet and extra large bath. There is a hair dryer, shower gel and toilets. The bathroom is completely new and beautiful decorated with Moroccan zellige tiles, new matt (we find shiny ugly!) toilet/bath and brushed brass design cranes. The garden is very big with a fence all around so great to play but also ideal for long dinners outside with or without a BBQ (Weber). Dim Lights available all over the ground floor & bathroom.
