Katrin's place is a little slice of paradise! We would highly recommend renting this villa on your next visit! The villa has spectacular views and is in a peaceful area that is still within walking distance to the restaurants, services, and the beach. We immediately felt at home as soon as we entered the villa. Katrin has gone above and beyond to ensure her guests have a comfortable stay. She met us as we arrived to show us around and was always available throughout our stay if we had any questions. This will be our home for any future stay in Las Terrenas! Thanks Katrin!

Katrin was an excellent host, as well as Adaluz! They were very communicative, straightforward, polite, and responded without delay. The place is amazing and looks exactly like the pictures. Wonderful home and gorgeous location. We liked being away from all the heavy noise, yet being so close we could navigate our way to the shops just by walking. The house came very well stocked so besides food and some personal items, we did not need to purchase anything else, such as cups/plates, spices, detergent, toilet paper, soap, etc. Keep in mind we were a party of 4. The house also came equipped with plenty of comfortable outdoor seating and dining. Some of the restaurants we visited, which were excellent and only 10 minutes away. There is a small grocery store within a couple of minutes that has free delivery with a minimum of DOP $300. Being able to watch sunrises, sunsets, and the moon rise all from the patio made it so you never had to leave. Definitely would book again!

Ha sido un placer estar en la casa de Katrin. El lugar está a 7-10 minutos del centro andando, y a la vez alejado del ruido de la ciudad. Desde luego que será nuestra primera elección si volvemos a las Terrenas.
