The apartment is quite new, with all the basic amenities. The cleanliness could be consistently improved. The building is currently undergoing construction, with workers on-site throughout the day. The bedroom has curtains, the other rooms do not. Another thing was the constant noise from the street. The building is situated in an Arabic neighborhood, with good Arabic restaurants nearby. A bank is around the corner and HP is a 15-minute walk away. We had agreed on a time for check-in: the host was 20min late (but very polite). A significant issue arose with the late check-out I had been promised: I was told that the conditions changed, as the next guest required an early check-in. The hosts suggested I find a storage locker but did not offer any assistance or compensation for the inconvenience. I found this response inconsiderate and not the way to treat guests. It seems that the hosts were not the actual owners, which might explain the lack of concern for guest satisfaction.

Money well spent, location, cleanliness and there is a washer/dryer in the unit. Highly recommended!

La estancia fue buena y el apartamento es tal cual las fotografías. El único pero sería las partes comunes del edificio que no han sido actualizadas como si se ha hecho con el apartamento. Por otro lado, durante nuestra estancia el primer día el ascensor se rompió y todos los días tuvimos que subir y bajar andando (cuarto piso). El resto tal cual lo descrito.
