Fully-furnished, cozy and within the vicinity of PICC, CCP, World Trade Center, 10 min to MOA, 15 min to NAIA, 5 min away to Manila Ocean Park, ASEANA, Rizal Park and US Embassy. To top it all, our balcony shall give you a great view of the city and a glimpse of sunset at the Manila Bay. 🟠 If you are on a business trip or a tourist, or even an OFW/Balikbayan, our hosting is perfect for you. We provided all the basic things you would need for your enjoyable and hassle-free stay-cation. We provide a Queen bed, a sofa bed, and an extra mattress that can accommodate 4-6 guests. A WORK FROM HOME READY SPACE, meant for a remote work set up that needs a reliable wifi, landline, computer desk, and a comfortable chair.

We stayed here for my brother’s oath taking in PICC. It is so near PICC so we found this place convenient. We were 5 pax and place is just enough for us. We enjoyed our stay! The condo receptionist was quite strict hehe but other condo staff were very nice. Pool is also nice but need to pay 150 per head as condo guest. overall, it was a pleasant stay! :)
GREAT PLACE TO STAY!! Second time I booked with them. Host is responsive and friendly. Place is NEAT and TIDY. Have all the amenities you need for your stay. All are working. Lots of places to go. From MOA, Star City, Ocean Park, Intramuros, Etc. And they are just ONE RIDE away. PRICE is CHEAPER compared with other LISTINGS nearby. ***OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE*** "HIGHLY RECOMMENDED" and would definitely BOOK AGAIN.
