Excellent location and nice place but terrible ending at check out. Host asked me to leave keys in flat which I did then main building door was locked and I could not leave. I was locked inside for an hour until a neighbour was going to work and let me out. Host did not respond to my messaging. Lost two buses to vienna airport and almost missed my flight. Lot of distress, lot of anxiety. Had to buy third ticket and just got to airport at last minute. Host did not even apologise. Could have been better to leave keys in the box outside the building where i picked them up upon check in.
