The apartment was truly such a home away from home feeling. I loved the amazing natural light that came through and the amazing views. This location was equipped with everything you needed. I would recommend this location and would came back myself.

This was our second stay in one of David's apartments on Simpson Street and it was just as we remembered from our first visit. The location is a quiet area, the apartment is comfortable and well-furnished, and several good restaurants are within a walkable distance. The beach and freeway are easily accessed by car. We highly recommend David's apartments in Ventura!

Dave's place was spacious and light filled rooms. The kitchen was well equipped - we had everything we needed to cook a Christmas lunch. Highly recommended.

We had a great time at David’s place. Everything was just as pictured and described. His place was close to the beach and walkable to the location we were going to see a concert. It was a great place to stay.
